Lovely staff, great place to stay, and the food was enjoyable. The two rooms were originally not next to each other, so we asked to be moved together because our little girl slept on the other end; the staff were happy to help but the booking system made it hard for them. That should be sorted out.

The staff at this hotel were really friendly, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, pretty much everything else was a letdown - the room, the amenities, the whole experience just didn't live up to my expectations.

The villa at this hotel was really comfortable and clean, which was great. However, I was a bit surprised by how few amenities there were - no WiFi, for example, was a bit of a pain since I needed to be online for work. Still, it was a nice place to stay.

I liked the location of this hotel, it's really convenient, and the staff were okay, but we had some issues with our room. They got it wrong when we first checked in, and the food wasn't that great.
