The view from our room was stunning and breakfast was superb, with easy access to the beach and all the walking areas, but the building has no lift on the fourth floor and street noise could be heard (we expected that), and the double‑size bed felt cramped.

We really appreciated the facility’s full range of amenities, its location, cleanliness, and the staff’s attentiveness; all our needs were met warmly, the breakfast was adequate and the watermelon treat was great, and the staff was helpful in every matter; next year my wife, friends, and I want to return, feeling as if we were staying in our own summer home rather than a hotel, thanks to the entire team and the owner.

The spot was perfectly placed, just a short walk to everything, and the hotel was tidy with a nice view. We booked a family suite on the second floor that had a connecting door, each room had its own bathroom, and the king‑size room offered a spectacular sea vista—I’d return without hesitation. There was nothing I disliked; just a heads‑up to ask about the price of food at the other restaurants before ordering, as they seem to charge for even the air you breathe. DInc restaurant was outstanding and I highly recommend it.

While basic, Dinc Pension provide a most perfectly localized home with access to the beach and the surrounding area of lively Bodrum. Staff is very helpful in responding to our requests especially Baric. This was our 2nd stay at this pension
