Las instalaciones, el ambiente, la zona y la limpieza top. De los mejores albergues que he estado! Hacen excursiones y planes, ponen un detalle de desayuno y siempre tienen café/té para los huéspedes. Los baños y las camas muy limpias. Las almohadas, te ponen dos que es top pero ninguna de ellas lo suficiente cómoda

El personal, me atendió Ana 10/10. me recibió, me mostró las instalaciones, me dio recomendaciones para visitar Madrid. Es raro que en un hostal el personal se dedique tanto a ayudarte a planear tu visita. Los camarotes podrían ser mejores
