The location was great, but the stairs made it hard to carry luggage up. We had agreed on a check‑in time, yet the apartment wasn’t ready two hours later; we were asked to wait another hour and had to leave our bags in a common area. There was no grace period at check‑out either, and again we were offered to leave our luggage in the shared space for everyone to use.

The room was spacious and well furnished for a short stay, and the shared bathroom was acceptable for the standard. The location was good and there was a fridge available. The only downside was the absence of a kitchen.

The place was cozy and clean, and the train station was a ten‑minute walk away. The town feels like a tourist spot trying to be popular, but it lacks the infrastructure and care for visitors; there’s no real catering for tourists right now. We stayed four nights and never saw any staff, not even the owner, which is odd—another hotel told us it’s illegal in Italy to rent without seeing guests, though I’m not sure if that’s true. We had many questions about Salerno and got no help at all. I’d advise people with mobility issues not to stay more than a day because of the many hills and uphill walking; it’s exhausting for anyone over 65. Visiting this town was the worst part of our vacation; knowing what it was like, I would never book four nights there again.

The owner was very kind and helpful, letting us stay an extra three to four hours without charging. The rooms were immaculate and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It’s a flawless B&B in Salerno with an excellent location.

The place has a decent location and the price isn’t bad. The cleaning staff were the best part, very friendly. The service I received was terrible: the room wasn’t ready at check‑in and any issue had to be addressed via WhatsApp, which took an average of eight hours to reply. Disappointing.
