Honestly, nothing appealed to me. Access to the hotel is only from the sea side, but there is no pier—meaning you have to wade through water with luggage and walk across the beach to reach the reception, which can lead to cuts. The property lacks signage, so finding the room after dark is difficult. There are almost no attractions, and getting to Phi Phi center is expensive and requires another wading through water.

We stayed at a spectacular hotel right on one of Phi Phi Don’s finest beaches, with freshly renovated, flawless facilities and truly five‑star service; the rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated, and Raquel greeted us and took care of us wonderfully. It would have been better if a shuttle to Tonsai had been included.

Everything was perfect: the spa, the service, the beach, the pool, the restaurant—an idyllic bubble. I would definitely come back. I had to leave.

The experience here went beyond my expectations; the staff were lovely and did everything they could to ensure an excellent stay. The spa was amazing, especially the signature treatment with therapist Teddy, who was very professional and caring. The beach was quiet, yet you could spot many tiny creatures, and the paddle, kayak, and snorkeling equipment were all provided. Breakfast was amazing. Nothing else to mention.
