The room was clean and the location was good, but there was no cell reception in the room and the hotel Wi‑Fi was so weak that I had to sit next to the door to get any signal. The restaurant had half the menu items missing, and what was available was not great either; complaints were ignored.

There was no management present, and we had to wait three hours for our room. The front desk staff were not helpful.

The shower stopped working right away, clogging up and forcing me to wait for the drain to clear before it could be used again. Even after calling maintenance, the flush remained painfully slow.

Canteen staff are good. Smell coming in 1st floor and no action from management even though complained about the same. Dining price is much higher
