My stay at this hotel was truly magical, thanks to the breathtaking white powdery snow that surrounded us, and the adorable deer feeding experience that my kids absolutely adored. Our spacious room with incredibly comfy beds was the perfect haven after a long day of playing in the snow, and the stunning view from our room was simply breathtaking.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by several issues that prevented us from fully enjoying our time there. While the two deer were a lovely touch, the hotel's pool hours meant that we couldn't swim in the morning, and the lack of English speakers made ordering room service a nightmare. The hotel's isolated location also made it difficult to explore the surrounding area, and the lack of walking routes and a functioning lounge was disappointing.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast and dinner options. However, one minor issue we encountered was the relatively small bathtub, which was a bit of a squeeze for us.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some lovely highlights and a few areas for improvement. On the plus side, the friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, and roaming deer were all big hits with us, especially my son who loved feeding and playing with the deer. However, the breakfast selection and quality were a bit disappointing, and the hotel's swimming pool could have been cleaner and better maintained.
