The staff were friendly and the place is well‑situated, food is decent but everything is delivered to the room because there’s no dining area, and the room and toilet are below standard – still no dining space.

Exceptional customer service and fantastic staff. Special mention for Rohit the manager at reception, as well as the other reception and room‑service staff. The bathroom could have been better lit and a little better kept. No night lamps and most of the power sockets were broken and non‑operational. Thankfully one of them worked.
