The staff were very friendly, the beds super comfortable, breakfast was comprehensive, and coffee, hot water, and tea were available all day. The location is unbeatable. At one point the hot water went cold, but it quickly returned.

The location and the little street are perfect, but one evening we were locked out and weren’t given the entry code, nor were we warned that the doors would close after a certain time.

A lovely hotel in Ollantaytambo, I recommend it without hesitation; its location is great and it’s very comfortable, offering everything you’d expect from a hotel. Everything was perfect.
