Overall cozy and delightful even in the cold, though after we cleared the fireplace ashes the heat kicked in—nothing negative, just a bit dim when we arrived.

Everything needed was neatly arranged and the staff were friendly; a slightly upscale camping experience with a wood‑burned sauna that was the highlight.

A little slice of paradise in the making! The ball/hut’s design is amazing, and once inside it feels like Frodo’s House in the trees—super cozy. The host is a great guy. The weather was the only downside.

Sleeping in a tree ball was wonderful, and hearing the wind in the trees was cozy; we could fire a small stove for warmth and company. The sauna was fantastic—so relaxing. The host family were generous and friendly. It was a bit hard to find the right turn to get in, but once there it wasn’t far.
