Holiday Place Kuala Lumpur

“My stay was great! Had everything I needed helpful staff who went above and beyond.. thank you”

The staff were very warm and welcoming, and the location was perfect for where I needed to be. The property was clean, neat, and tidy, and the staff were amazing and helpful with anything we asked. The restaurant served some very nice meals.

I'm still trying to process the absolute horror I experienced at this hotel. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by an infestation of roaches that seemed to be everywhere. It's unbelievable that a hotel would promote such a property, and I'm appalled by the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The experience was truly awful, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

“I definitely do not recommend it !!!”

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel, to say the least. As a seasoned traveler with over 100 hotel stays across 27 countries, I've never encountered such a nightmare. The room was infested with insects everywhere, and I ended up killing around 10 bugs in just one night.

“Dull”

I recently had a frustrating experience at this hotel. Although I had already paid for my room, I was still asked to provide a deposit of RM 200, which I found quite surprising. On the other hand, the hotel's location and staff friendliness made my stay enjoyable. Overall, it was a mixed experience that left me with some concerns about their policies.

“Учитывая местоположения отеля для ночевки на пару дней за такую цену идеальный вариант!”

I liked the hotel's location, which was close to the Thai embassy and the city center. However, I was disappointed by the hotel's worn-out interior and old furnishings.
