My room was infested with fleas—every time I stepped on the carpet, at least 20 fleas clung to my legs.

The staff were tolerable but nothing special; there were no handicapped rooms even though the hotel advertised them, so I was stuck on the second floor—a potential emergency hazard since I can’t use stairs, though an elevator was available for normal use. No ice was provided, and one staff member had to fetch it. The pool was not operating, and there were no low‑seat options inside the room because it wasn’t a handicapped room. I called to have the handicapped availability removed, but that hasn’t happened, even though we booked in advance.

The price was very affordable, and although the facility is currently being remodelled, I would still recommend this hotel.
