Everything was perfect! Spotless cleaning, wonderful service, and the location is ideal—right at the city entrance, we did everything in the little center. I’d return a million times. The breakfast at Pousada do Aviao was a wonderful surprise! We loved it. I have nothing to complain about.

I liked the breakfast and the people working there, but several issues marred the experience. From the moment we arrived, payment procedures were chaotic; the Argentine receptionist told us that the booking platform didn’t charge, which does happen sometimes, yet that warning should have been given beforehand so guests could plan. The app showed the reservation as already paid and even suggested six‑installment card payments, causing a lot of confusion. Later, while we were out, the receptionist kept texting my phone to demand payment for a surprise my husband had arranged in the room, interrupting our leisure unnecessarily even though we weren’t leaving for three more days. Room service only happened because I asked for it; otherwise it wouldn’t have been cleaned. Finally, the heater was unreliable—working fine on some days and completely dead on others—making the stay uncomfortable in the cold climate. Better organization and guest‑focused service would have made a huge difference.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the heating system wasn’t working, so it won’t get a 10. The lack of heating and the cold floor could be improved with wood or synthetic flooring for better thermal resistance.

The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has a good shower. The suite’s acoustics are terrible; it felt like other guests were inside the room with me—heard all their conversations. Another note: the breakfast could be better; for the room rate I think there should be more options.
