The place sits close to hospitals and a short walk leads to the waterfront. The TV in the room had some glitches, and the overall vibe felt like an older motel.

The location was solid and the room had plenty of beds, with a working toilet. Unfortunately the air‑con never cooled the room even when set correctly, making it warmer inside than outside; towels were stained, though I assume they were cleaned.
