Cleanliness friendliness, staff being 5 stars

The staff were nice and clearly working on improvements; the pool, however, was cold.

Employees were very professional, though a lot of remodeling was happening.

Staff were gracious and helpful, and with many renovations underway I hope things get better. My original room’s AC failed, so I switched rooms; the staff accommodated me, upgraded my room at no extra cost, and it was clean, though there were many flies—probably because of the renovations. The pool was also closed for the same reason.

The location was good, but the scrambled eggs were horrible, the bacon was terrible, the sausages were okay, and the coffee was just okay.
