“Super zum Entspannen”

A real oasis for relaxation! We stayed seven nights at Alena Resort and had a wonderful time. Our pool villa matched the pictures exactly. The whole property is very green, well‑maintained, and inviting. All staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, even for small requests. There’s also a spa and a restaurant on site. The spa is on the higher price side but totally worth it. Breakfast is served in the restaurant and you can choose à la carte from five categories. The portions were too large for us, so we ordered less, but ordering a second coffee or other small items was easy. Everything is freshly prepared, so you need to plan a bit of time, but that always gave us a good feeling. Definitely one of the best hotels we’ve been to!

We spent three nights at Alena Resort Pramana with my wife and our 9‑month‑old, and the experience was flawless. From the moment we stepped in, we felt taken care of, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Royal Villa with a private pool, which made the trip even more memorable. The extra space, privacy, and personal pool were a game‑changer for traveling with a baby, letting us truly relax together. Every staff member we met was warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, going above and beyond to welcome our young family. A big thank you to the management and the whole team for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. The resort itself is beautiful: the villa was fantastic, the facilities excellent, the surroundings peaceful and lush, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. It felt like the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy a few days away from everything. We have stayed at many hotels and resorts, but the combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, incredible hospitality, and the personal care we received really made Alena Resort Pramana stand out. If you’re considering staying here, especially as a couple or a family, we would absolutely recommend it. We left feeling genuinely grateful, already wishing we had booked a few more nights. 10/10 without hesitation. Thank you to everyone at Alena Resort Pramana for taking such great care of our little family and making our stay so special. We hope to come back one day! ❤️ The only thing to keep in mind is that the resort is about 30 minutes from central Ubud due to traffic, so plan accordingly; for us, the peaceful location was part of what made the stay so relaxing.

Everything was bushy and quiet, just the way you’d expect in Ubud. The hotel yard itself is small and hardly any walkable spaces inside, but it wasn’t a big deal.
