Nothing, the instructions were deplorable, they changed me rooms three times, still everything was terrible. Poor cleaning, no maintenance on the facilities, nothing works. A horrible experience. The cost is like a four‑star hotel… they don’t even reach one. Nothing, everything in bad condition.

I can't recommend staying here at all; the place was the worst place to spend a night. The facilities were awful, dirty, no hot water, terrible service, and the worst part was cockroaches in the room. After we left and cancelled the rest of the reservation, the manager charged us more than half the price—what a disgusting place.

Instalaciónes. En la mañana no hubo agua caliente para bañarse, se comentó en recepción y dijo que fue olvidó del personal encargado, según dijo la recepciónista que le diera mi nombre para pasar el reporte pero solo lo anoto en una hoja uaasa se un cuaderno mal trecho que encontró, osea que solo lo hizo para cubrir apariencias, no hubo papel higiénico en el baño y no funcionó el control de la pantalla
