The service surpassed our expectations, and this is not just a tourist’s opinion but that of someone directly involved in hospitality. The hotel team inspired me to strive for improvement, with many details showing genuine care and attention. At first you think it’s a game and pretense, but then you dissolve into enjoyment. The world revolves around you: shuttle to the center at any convenient time, afternoon tea with a minimal snack selection, immaculate cleaning (after that you don’t want to spoil the aesthetic with your clothes), breakfast is a separate song that makes your eyes widen, unlimited coffee, a souvenir bracelet at checkout. The master‑classes were tempting, but it’s hard to organize when the program is packed. Nearby scooter rentals, massage parlors, many atmospheric cafés with live music, various world cuisines, a supermarket (we took a fruit platter for an evening snack and dessert). I highly recommend this hotel to owners and lovers of special hotels! Thank the staff for your heartfelt work ♥️, you’re in my heart. The only downside: the small area, everything happening feels like it’s in your palm. On the roof we found a non‑working bar.

This family‑run hotel turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever stayed in Ubud. From day one the staff were friendly, polite, welcoming, and professional, making me feel at home. The room was warm, clean, and beautifully arranged. The pool, though small, was perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh juice, tea or coffee, a choice of main dishes, and fresh fruit. I loved it so much I added two more nights. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the complimentary shuttle to Ubud centre is a huge plus. I can’t recommend this little slice of paradise enough. ❤️

I spent five nights at Sabana Ubud and everything was perfect: the rooms were beautiful, roomy, and all had a view of the pool. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the shuttle to Ubud centre was super handy. Breakfast was fantastic, the Wi‑Fi was good, and the hotel sits close to shops and restaurants. I’d definitely pick Sabana Ubud again when I’m back in Ubud.
