“Toscans: una sicurezza a Cividale!”

We were in the heart of town, everything within arm’s reach and plenty of great restaurants just steps away. We booked three rooms for our extended family, each with its own vibe and touch – one retro/baroque, another more oriental. Breakfast was solid. The family room was especially roomy, and the kitchenette was a lifesaver with a 2‑year‑old in tow. The owners were super sweet ♥️ The bathrooms were a bit of a let‑down (two out of three rooms had issues) and the mattresses were too soft – the single ones felt like sinking. Also, if you have kids, elderly guests, or mobility issues, be aware that the building is on the first floor with no elevator.

Toscans sits right in the middle of Cividale del Friuli’s Old Town and offers a luxurious B&B experience at sensible rates – a real gem. I’d definitely suggest staying here if you’re heading to Cividale.

I was told a parking spot and restaurants in advance, the room was nice and each one had different furnishings and was clean, the host was very friendly, and the breakfast was very plentiful and beautifully presented – top 👍🏻
