We live in the city and have been staying at this hotel for months since it opened. It’s by far the nicest hotel in town, and we adore everything—the room, the pool, the food, and especially the staff, who have been fantastic. We can’t wait to return; we usually visit every couple of weeks. The only downside was that we had to leave.

It’s pretty close to the city center, a short walk to major shops like SM and Gaisano. The breakfast was good, the staff friendly and helpful, and the pool was nice.

The hotel is good and accessible. My mom was happy to return to a clean, organized room. However, we stayed with family and in‑laws, and we were assigned rooms on different floors with keycards that only worked on specific floors, making it hard for us to visit those rooms while preparing for our cousin’s wedding. It would be helpful if the hotel had a taxi connection to ease booking for guests.

The bed was nice and the room felt spacious after the recent update, but the bathroom floor was visibly dirty. Getting room service proved difficult, and the only on‑site eatery was the pizza place with a very limited menu. We tried the pizza there, but it was mediocre and the food overall was basic. Luckily we ordered from Grab Greenwich Pizza instead, which arrived quickly and turned out to be great.

This is our eighth visit and the hotel keeps improving. We loved how we could lounge by the pool early before check‑in, thanks to the accommodating staff. The rooms are impeccably clean and pleasant. It’s a fantastic escape from our subdivision in Butwan; I could almost live here full‑time. Hats off to the staff—truly the best. Thanks, girls. See you next time.
