The rooms did not match the photos! We complained at check‑in, but our rooms were far poorer in furnishings than shown online, and one had moldy toilet paper! Honestly, does booking even inspect this? Normally we’d expect a refund. We asked for different rooms, but the staff didn’t care. We returned the key and room card and left to find another hotel.
