A very nice establishment, calm and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback: no fridge in the room. The access road, a trail, is also quite complicated over about 6 km to get there.

“À FUIR / NON CONFORME A L ANNONCE”

Avoid this place / not as advertised. We were very disappointed with our stay at this Riad. Unfortunately, the experience was far below our expectations. Several issues arose: * Shower had extremely low water pressure and no hot water throughout the stay. * Room was very hot, with only a fan that kept stopping while temperatures approached 40 °C, so ventilation was very insufficient. * No housekeeping during the stay and no replenishment of toiletries: only two small samples of shower gel for two people. * Bedding was uncomfortable. * Half‑board was very disappointing for the price paid: meals were scanty and low quality. One evening we had only soup and kefta meatballs. Breakfast was also very limited, including stale bread. * On the first night we were offered water without being told it would be charged extra; we found out when leaving the table—a detail that should have been given before serving. * Reception was very inadequate: no introduction to the Riad, no explanation about Wi‑Fi, meal times or equipment. * The hammam/wellness area advertised as included was never found or used, and no information was given about it. We ended up cutting our stay short for family reasons, but regardless, the quality of services left us very dissatisfied. We hope these comments help the establishment improve, as the setting could be pleasant but the overall quality, maintenance and professionalism are clearly lacking. We look forward to a response to our complaint.

“Super séjour à la villa Kamilia”

The calm, peaceful environment, the staff’s friendliness, the breakfast, and the pool were great. The 7‑kilometer path to reach the villa was a downside.

“A oublie tres vite au niveau de la location merci aux personnels”

The staff were surprisingly good; Malika handled all the cleaning, kitchen, reception, and serving at the table, while Mohamed took care of the pool and the outdoors—great teamwork. However, there was no hot water, the meals were always the same with no starters or fruit, and the water supplied was unpotable. The air conditioning was missing, so the temperature hit over 40 °C, making the villa almost unbearable. The 9‑kilometre trail to the ski slope was rough with stones and holes, and the mattress had urine stains that we only noticed at the end of our stay. We had planned to return in December with several couples, but we cancelled because of safety concerns—every pool fence was bare and the owner was a disgrace. The staff, though dedicated with limited resources, were truly committed to guest well‑being.

We had a fantastic time at this villa—quiet, surrounded by nature, the perfect escape to unwind. Huge thanks to Malika for her warm welcome, kindness, and availability. We enjoyed an excellent stay and will definitely come back! ❤️
