“Terrible I don’t think they know hospitality”
It was awful if I’m honest; the only thing I liked was the location. I booked for wedding guests, arrived with my niece, paid for our room later that day, the other guests arrived but nobody was there to welcome them. One of them was a 92‑year‑old lady for her grandson’s wedding; she had to freshen up in my room and head to the wedding. They came in later that night and were refused entry to their room because they hadn’t paid to receive their key. There was upset; my granny paid for her room. Another question was told not to come back to the hotel after midnight as no one would be there to give him the key; he then at midnight. In his wedding suit had to go back to the wedding and stay with a friend. We got up the next day, told breakfast was 8.30, four of us waiting in the front area until 9.20am to then be told breakfast was on its way, no choice of what we would like, just brought us the breakfast that was not eaten, very upset as this upset 7 guests at our wedding.
