Everything was perfect—location, heritage vibe, antique feel, grand and very popular café, and especially the hotel manager and his entire staff were cordial, polite, and welcoming.

It was centrally located, but our deal included breakfast which they didn’t honor; we checked out before the scheduled time.

Everything Especially the jungle cafe. Issue with the booking hence the only low score Our booking Included breakfast and had Reduced rates for lunch and dinner ( booking .com) but these were not honoured even when I queried it …. You need to update your sites as we paid more for breakfast
