“Zentrale Unterkunft in Petra”
Great central location. Very small room and very small bathroom. The breakfast was just a lunch pack.

The location was great, the host was super helpful and answered all my questions, and there was nothing to complain about.

The place was in the city center and everything was nearby; the bed was comfortable, the water was warm, and it was quiet at night. The host kept in touch about any need, which was excellent. I mentioned to the host that the Wi‑Fi needed a stronger signal to cover the whole room and he promised to fix it.

We stayed at Moses Residence in early July and were blown away by Yousef’s hospitality—he went above and beyond. With tourism down in Jordan because of regional conflict, many places have shut, but Moses Residence stayed open and welcomed us, making our Petra trip smooth. Our room was spotless and cozy, even had a tiny balcony where we could watch sunsets toward Petra. Wi‑Fi was spotty at first, but Yousef supplied a better connection right away. Every morning he made sure we had a full breakfast at whatever early hour we wanted before heading to Petra at opening time. It was a truly wonderful stay—thanks again!

I flew to Jordan to see Petra and ended up staying at the Mosesresidence Hotel. Moataz, the manager, suggested Petra and I also visited Wadi Rum. The hotel sits in the city center, close to shops and eateries. It was a truly fantastic experience—thanks a lot, Moataz, you’re amazing!
