The staff were outstanding and incredibly friendly, always ready to help and accommodating in every way possible.

The staff were friendly and sociable. They wrote “bathtub balneo” which wasn’t there… the bathroom wasn’t clean and breakfast had no eggs, the bread was hard… a shame.

The location is close to the souk, but the hygiene was lacking; the nearest parking is 10 minutes away, breakfast was timed to free up space for others, the shower was non‑existent, a pipe was punctured and leaked everywhere, the window wouldn't close, mold was rampant, the rugs still had crumbs and stains, and there were many other issues that need addressing.
