When I first walked into the hotel, the lobby looked clean, smelled fresh, and was well maintained. The check‑in staff were friendly and very helpful; I asked about the hold information so I could log it on my business travel paperwork and she went out of her way to give me accurate details. My room was clean and welcoming. I appreciate having a full‑size fridge, microwave, and stove top so I can cook quick meals instead of eating fast food every night I travel. Everything worked well and was in good condition. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel’s location just off the main road meant I didn’t hear traffic noise all night. The shower water pressure was a bit low, and the entry to the shower was short. I’m 5' 11" so I had to duck to get in and out. I also would have liked a slightly larger trash bin or trash service during my stay.
