The rooms were big, but we arrived expecting a pleasant experience and were very disappointed, especially given the price we paid; we got a third‑floor room with no elevator and far from the parking, had to carry our luggage ourselves with no offer of help, only after settling in did we learn there was a way to bring the car on the other side of the hotel to the rooms, and when we asked we were simply told “yes, you can”; it was a shame no one informed us beforehand, especially for a hotel without an elevator; in the evening the air‑conditioner stopped working and the room got cold; the bathroom lacked basic items, no hair conditioner or even shower gel; breakfast on the plate was decent but we were disappointed by a few things: beside the omelette we got 3 slices of cucumber and 3 slices of tomato, even though we were two couples; we didn’t get hot drinks after we asked and were surprised to receive a bill at the end of the meal, and when my partner ordered a double espresso he was charged for two separate cups of coffee, which seemed odd and unserviceable; I note that during our trip to several hotels, coffee and water were always part of breakfast; on the second day, for example, no omelettes were served; when I asked why, the answer was simply “none”; no alternative was offered and no attempt was made to address the request; service was inconsistent: only some staff spoke English, and when we approached those who didn’t, they sometimes ignored us instead of trying to help or find someone who could communicate; the hotel pool was warm and pleasant (though I thought it wasn’t hot enough) but it’s hard to understand why the place is called a spa; there’s no jacuzzi or significant spa facilities; there’s only a small water stream coming from a pipe, which doesn’t really provide a spa experience; besides all that, the room itself was large, spacious and clean, and that was definitely the positive side of the stay; unfortunately, overall the experience was disappointing, and we felt the value we received did not justify the price we paid; there is definitely room for significant improvement in service, maintenance, facilities, and especially communication with guests; on the second evening we looked for another restaurant to eat at and found one very close called Natyral Razma Resort, whose service was no less amazing; so if you’re nearby, don’t miss it, it’s worth the entry.

The location is quiet, the rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is also very fine, and the accommodation is highly recommended if you need peace; everything was simply great.

After a hike we needed a break, and this place was a great choice; the pool and sauna were awesome, the staff was so nice, and the owner was lovely; the setting is beautiful and romantic; we stayed for two nights between hikes, it was a bit of a drive to get there, but totally worth it for the beautiful location and mountain views; the place is comfortable, welcoming, and has a great artistic vibe; the hosts were amazing and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit nearby, which really made our stay; they made us feel right at home and were always happy to help; we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again whenever we return; highly recommended; it would be better to drive during daylight.
