The personnel were good and always helpful. The mattress is too hard.

The behaviour was consistently bad… don’t stay here… waste money. The service was also consistently bad.

Nothing. We specifically chose a hotel that allowed online payment by bank card instead of cash at check‑in, but the money from the card was not charged and we had to pay in cash. If we had known that would happen, we would have found another hotel!
