Lễ tân lắng nghe và thay đổi phòng cho khách. Lễ tân chu đáo, nói chuyện nhỏ nhẹ. 1. Dơ: Ga, nệm màu cháo lòng rồi mà k đổi mới. 2. Giá: Trên app KM nhưng đến nơi thì phòng vẫn hạng thấp nhất với giá đó. 3. Bồn nước bị hư 4. Phòng ở tầng thấp nhỏ và hôi hơn phòng trên cao. 5. Tivi chất lượng thấp
