The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast spread was extensive and tasty, especially the coffee from the machine, which was excellent. The pool was large and the water pleasantly fresh. Staff were the usual friendly and helpful. The location, close to Malioboro Jalan, is also very good. All in all, a nice hotel. However, sleeping is a problem here. The corridors are very noisy and the room door has no soundproofing. When the Indian extended family starts moving through the hallway at 6:00 am, especially the somewhat slowed parents, you end up standing upright in bed. Usually you’re already awake because there’s a mosque right next door that sometimes sounds an alarm at 4:30 am. The real issue is that the windows don’t close properly, so there’s no proper sound insulation.

It’s perfect, I’d give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – a great Jogja hotel. The external motors were very loud, but everything else was truly awesome, a really good accommodation!

I stayed in a very pretty house that’s a bit old but still clean, and the breakfast was good, extensive, and really tasty. The pool was large and the room was spacious. Everything else was fine.
