The bed was good and the room was clean. The breakfast only started at 8 am, and the shared coffee table couldn’t accommodate all guests; the breakfast items were basic and didn’t match the booking photos—missing pão de queijo, requeijão, etc. The building is quite old; the TV doesn’t stream Netflix even with a strong signal. The private bathroom clogged twice, but they managed to fix it in time. The lights went out several times on one of the days. The paint in the house looks very strange. The room was different from the photo—check carefully before booking. Wi‑Fi was mediocre, and the room wasn’t cleaned during the stay.

I really liked the location and the team—Taciane and Dani were super helpful and dedicated to making the experience as special as possible! The only thing was that the wait ended up being a bit long, haha, but all in all the hotel is a perfect 10!

The staff were courteous, and the breakfast was also very good.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very friendly, offering restaurant and tour suggestions; everyone was extremely helpful. The room felt a bit cramped, but given the length of my stay it was acceptable.
