From the moment we booked, the owner Alexandre and staff Alessandra treated us with great affection and were very helpful; the rooms and facilities were spotless, the breakfast was tasty, and we were pleasantly surprised by the beaches of Bertioga. The only downside was that we chose a rainy period, so we only enjoyed the mornings and early afternoons.

I appreciated the cleanliness, attentive staff, and the warm, clean pool; there was no noise and the beach was close by. The air conditioning was excellent and the shower was good. The beach was crowded, but there was an option to stay a bit farther away, which turned out nice; the room was a bit small and lacked a luggage rack.

The pool and breakfast were great, but the bathroom needs improvement: the toilet and faucet were leaking, the shower was clogged and let little water through, and the mattress was very hard, leaving us with back and hip pain every morning.
