We absolutely adored our stay here! The spot is spot‑on, close to both the city and the beach, yet it feels like you’re in the middle of a tropical jungle. The place is stunning, cozy, and fairly new, built with great care by the local owners. One of the highlights is the wildlife around the property—monkeys, peacocks, iguanas. A truly unique and relaxing experience. Highly recommended! ❤️

This hostel is stunning, surrounded by nature and wildlife, and the owner is an awesome, super helpful guy; I stayed in a private room that was clean, had great air‑con, and featured a semi‑outdoor bathroom that I loved.

The place is gorgeous, the bed is super comfy, and nature is all around; breakfast was delicious, Saranga was an amazing host, and I already miss the friendly dogs Enzo and Krishi and the cuddly cat Oska—if you’re heading to Weligama, this is the spot.

Everything matched here: a quiet, cozy spot, tidy green grounds, friendly staff who treat the place and people with care, and animals that add a homely feel; just a short walk to Weligama where the noise and crowds are daily, so staying at this hotel felt like a little paradise. We enjoyed coming back for coffee and watching the constant flow of life… Thank you!

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and there were two lovely dogs and a cat named Oscar; the rooms are super clean, well designed, and newly built, and the location is calm, surrounded by nature and a lake—definitely a place we’ll return to.
