The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant’s location offered a very scenic view. Check‑in took longer than expected, even though it seemed like the hotel was almost empty. The AC in my room was unreliable, didn’t work, and I had to call maintenance twice to get it fixed.

The whole team delivered excellent customer service; their hospitality was unbeatable. The water drainage system in the shower area was a concern and should be improved.

I liked nothing about the property. it’s too far from the main junction of Katra. Hopeless staff. Very bad welcome & hotel entry. As soon as checked in my room i had to complain 3/4 different problems in my check-in room. it was very disappointing in Branded 5 star hotel. No cooling when i entered my room. Washbasin was choked up. I had to lift my own bad while check-in & while checkout inspired of the hotel staff standing & watching me. no one came forward to ask in courtesy.this happen first time in my life. have seen this even in a 2/3 star hotel
