We benefited from an excellent discount due to the off‑season period. Unlike many places of this size, we received an excellent welcome (no key‑card but a physical person present with discretion, even during breakfast) and even a message in French before arrival. The stay was pleasant. The room and bathroom were large, well equipped, and in perfect condition. Parking was easy on site. The beach is 800 m away. Thank you very much. But, really, if we were picky, we would have liked more shelves in the room (it’s large, there is space!). Despite the name, Sperlonga is 4 km away even though we’re not far from paradise!

The house is beautiful, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The hosts are very kind and helpful, genuinely trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They even offer a shuttle service to and from the train station, which is really helpful given how difficult public transport is there.
