The only problem was the pet smell.

I liked the location for my event, but the early check‑in I requested never happened. I submitted a special request via booking, and when I called booking they blamed the hotel, while the hotel blamed booking. If you promise a special request, either fulfill it or say no—don’t leave the guest in limbo!

The staff were very friendly, yet the room was humid, the carpet was soaked, and everything had a musty odor.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable.
