The room was spacious, but it was noisy because it was next to the main busy road.

The location was clean, but the bathroom drain was poor and it was easy for water to flood inside the bathroom.

Being close to the hospital made it a breeze to look after a family member, and the breakfast was superb with a wide variety of options in a very comfortable dining area. On the downside, the local restaurants are scarce and the traffic is super horrible—if you drive you’ll see for yourself—and the hotel’s carpet looks really old and dirty.

The room, bed, and pillows were great, and having a bolster was a real plus point. The breakfast could have been better; at RM20 there was hardly anything left when we arrived around 9 am, and there were no top‑ups of the omelette, hash brown, etc.—otherwise the tea and coffee were nice.
