Friendly staff and a responsible, cheerful security guard made the stay pleasant, but the room was quite old, the floor was dirty and sticky, the bathroom and furnishings were outdated, and the water quality was not great.

Convenient location for ACE 3 miền, just 15 minutes by Xanh to the new financial academy; right next to the food area, dining, and tourist spots.

I like the location; within 1‑2 minutes you find nice restaurants, cafés, a park, and especially a kids’ café, which is key when traveling with children. The area is a very modern part of Hanoi, and for Westerners this is definitely one of the few places to stroll around, which is rare in any Vietnamese city. The roads are wide and traffic-free. I never regret staying here. The room was spacious, well designed, and the bed was huge and comfortable. When the male receptionist saw I was with children, he seemed to have a free room available and upgraded us to this wonderful room for our comfort.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location, it's in a fantastic area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However, the equipment in the hotel is a bit outdated and the hair dryer in my room wasn't working. To make matters worse, the shower area didn't even have shampoo and body wash provided.

The hotel's cleanliness was a major plus - my room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, the hotel's location was a bit of a letdown, as the noise from the surrounding area was pretty loud. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the noise was a bit of a nuisance.
