The location is solid, close to the bay and within walking distance of the station. Not all windows seal properly (the lock doesn’t work); apparently this is a known issue, as there’s a small chain on the outside of the window shutters. One of the washing machines was dented (mold had formed) and one bathroom lacked a shower door.

The apartment’s location in Naples was great. However, it wasn’t cleaned; the sheets had hair on them, the sink in one bathroom was clogged and didn’t drain, spider webs were on the walls, and there was mold on the wall inside one bedroom.

It’s a beautiful, welcoming place. Everything is great.

The apartment is nice and spacious, but a bit cramped because of limited natural light on the ground floor. Both rooms are comfortable with en‑suite bathrooms and everything is fully equipped. The location in Chiaia is excellent and well connected. The lighting isn’t the best, the bathrooms could be kept in better condition even though they’re new, and a bit more attention to cleanliness would help.

The location is great, only 20 m from the main entrance there’s a supermarket, next to the door a café and a fresh produce shop. The host is very friendly, communicative, and eager to help, always on his phone and replying immediately. The apartment needs a full refresh or even a renovation. The photos on the listing were probably taken right after a remodel, but what I found was a worn‑out place that should be upgraded ASAP. The walls were dirty and greasy, there was dampness in spots, cracked plaster, shower stalls with mineral deposits and biological corrosion on the tiles (one stall had no door), dust on shelves and under furniture, and peeling paint from the furniture. It’s a shame to mislead guests about the condition. The place has great potential but is terribly neglected.
