The lobby played music all night, and I was assigned a first‑floor room where I could hear it constantly; I asked politely to turn it off, but was told no, and the property manager was neither professional nor helpful.

I’m used to ready‑made breakfast, and the selection here was good for making your own; the only downside was that rooms on the top floor let people walk right over me.
