Everything was great, except the toilet paper holder on the bedroom wall side of the toilet made a huge noise whenever someone used the toilet.

The room was clean, tidy, and cozy, and the staff were super helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly! The sound insulation was poor; we could hear conversations from next door and the wooden floors or stairs creaked loudly whenever someone walked.

The bed was very comfortable, the location was good, it was very clean and spacious with plenty of parking and no bad smell at all—great value for money and the top pick for a stay in Dunedin.

The stay was fantastic! The house has a very charming vibe and sits in a prime spot for exploring Dunedin. The bathrooms and showers were always spotless, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was super comfortable, and the kitchen, besides being charming, was well equipped with everything needed. Overall, the environment was very pleasant and cozy for our city visit. I recommend it!
