“Desagradável”
When we arrived, the spa—which we had been looking forward to the most—was a disaster. The jacuzzi was filthy, and to make matters worse, there were completely naked people everywhere. I was celebrating a relationship anniversary and suddenly two naked women walked into the jacuzzi we were in, which was very uncomfortable and unexpected, making the place feel unwelcoming and unfamiliar. Breakfast was also disappointing, especially given the very high price; there was no cake, and when we asked for more orange juice we were told it was already gone. The value‑for‑money ratio is therefore very disappointing. The tent was extremely noisy, making it hard to rest, and there was no shower gel or hair conditioner replenished in any of the bathrooms. Overall, it was a huge let‑down. We expected a relaxing, romantic, special experience but instead faced several unpleasant situations and shortcomings that did not justify the amount we paid. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this accommodation. There is a lot that needs improvement in terms of hygiene, comfort, service quality, and the overall environment for guests.
