The common room was one of the coziest I’ve ever seen, with a fireplace and a spectacular view from the windows. The food was amazing, the staff were kind and attentive with big smiles. There was parking, the room smelled wonderful, and everything was spotless. It felt very different from a hotel, because there weren’t many other guests, and the staff were always there to help with anything. The internet was a bit weird; none of the social media sites worked, but everything else ran fine.
