I booked two days in advance, but the front desk made me wait and demanded a deposit for the room. They then tried to keep the deposit by saying the bed was dirty, even though beds get dirty and can be cleaned, and they wanted to charge me 3,000 Baht just for that. Is that fair?

I enjoyed a pleasant stay at Tuana Hotels The Nature Resort: the place was clean, quiet, and surrounded by gorgeous greenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a relaxing and good value experience, and I’d gladly return. It would be nice if the hotel added complimentary slippers and dental kits to improve the guest experience.
