The site is convenient because most daily services—grocery store, laundromat, restaurants, barbers, and gas stations—are close to the road, but it is far from most tourist spots, most of which are in Abha.

The place was superbly clean, tidy and spacious. Receptionist Razan was extremely professional and respectful toward guests, completing tasks quickly and skillfully. Nothing to complain about.
