The property is badly kept, every room smells of cigarettes constantly. We didn’t receive the rooms we paid for; instead we got a much smaller, non‑ventilated space. Nothing on the premises matches the description on the app.

We paid the full amount in cash when asked for a bill, but none was given. Service was very poor, no food was available, and the TV was missing from the room.

The staff behaved extremely rudely, the room was unhygienic, the AC was non‑functional, the TV wouldn’t turn on, the bedsheets were dirty, the washroom was in terrible condition, and there were no food facilities. Even after paying extra, we couldn’t get a single cup of tea. I strongly advise against staying here because there are no facilities at all—it’s a complete waste of money. I paid ₹500 to the staff for one plate of momos (₹200), one cup of tea (₹40), one paratha (₹100), and an additional ₹100 to bring it to the room, and they didn’t even refund the remaining change. You’ll experience every possible way they can loot a customer here. They didn’t provide a single complimentary bottle of water.
