Our stay was simply perfect and the hotel met all our expectations, even surpassing many of them. We especially appreciated how well the place is tailored for families with small children. The kids’ corners, beautiful indoor and outdoor play areas, a child’s corner right in the restaurant, and a practical kitchenette where we could prepare our own meals made our stay with the kids very enjoyable. The entire staff, especially the owners – the couple and their whole family – deserve huge praise. They are incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, with an amazing human touch. It feels like they built this place with their hearts and care about guests feeling truly good. In our view, they created something special and truly high‑level in Tylicz. The wellness was beautiful, the pools were perfect, and the whole hotel surroundings were nicely maintained. We would also like to highlight the masseuse, who literally has magical hands – the massage was fantastic and you really relax. And we can’t forget the restaurant. The food was incredibly tasty! The home‑cooked meals were exceptional, and each dish felt quality and honest. We left completely satisfied and will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and acquaintances, especially families with children. We will definitely return. Thank you to the whole family and staff for the wonderful stay and for a place we’ll happily remember. ❤️. Everything was perfect… the only thing that would double that perfection would be if the saunas didn’t require extra payment, but if they were included in the all‑day wellness access for free. And a pleasant aroma, a scent in the wellness area, would delight the senses.

The rooms and the facility were very nicely decorated and everything was clean everywhere. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. Highly recommend!!!

Property itself is beautiful and clean. Many options to keep kids busy. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. We were charged extra for parking because we booked through Booking. com and lady at the desk told us charges her fee, so they charge it customer. This practice seems a bit shady and not fair to customer. If not for Booking, we wouldn’t have heard about this place. It’s the price they pay for advertising and it should not be put on customer. Breakfast is overpriced for what this place is. Good things is they have pretty well equipped little kitchenettes where u can make some food or reheat it and clean the dishes but there’s no paper towels. One dish towel and old sponge is unsanitary for all guests to use. All food you have to preorder and prepay; you can’t just sit down and order from a menu whenever u want. They wanted extra money to use sauna which is ridiculous considering what they already charge for the stay. We would choose a different place next time

The property was excellent, featuring a large SPA area, two saunas, a big pool, and plenty of play spots for kids. The owners and staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and cozy, and it ranks among the best value‑for‑price deals in the area. No negatives.

We were delighted with the stay. Everything is in one place, making it a great spot for families with children. The pool, sauna, playroom, and outdoor playground are hard to list all at once. It’s a perfect base for a ski trip, and we hope to come back.
