“Left by the Shuttle driver!”

Shuttle Service. even with staying in constant contact with the front desk, the Shuttle drive left myself and another couple at the airport. The desk called after an hour of waiting and ask me to catch an Uber and the hotel would comp, myself and the other couple. ( with me using Booking. Com no compensation could be made.) The driver put me a dangerous situation.it was after 8pm ( my flight landed at 6:57 pm )when I finally made to the hotel. As the Uber driver pulled in the parking lot the Shuttle was parked in front of the door NO DRIVER. WHEN I THE SHUTTLE WA SUPPOSED TO BE AVAILABLE 24/7 , YET I WAS LEFT AT THE AIRPORT !

The spot is right by the airport, which is great, but the room was unbearably noisy, the bed creaked, and the heater made strange sounds all night.

The lobby was clean and well maintained, and the room was spacious, but the cleanliness was undermined by the bug issue mentioned below. The room had two large windows. The right window had functional blinds behind the curtain, but the left window was missing its blinds entirely, letting bright street lights flood the room and making it impossible to sleep. When I raised this with the front desk during my early evening check‑in, the agent initially said nothing could be done because maintenance had left for the day. After I requested a room change, he offered to inspect the issue himself. I also pointed out a bug on the left curtain; he promptly removed it and flushed it down the toilet. He then fetched some thumb tacks, pulled the decorative side‑curtains together to cover the gap, and pinned them shut to block out the street light. Additionally, the front desk agent lacked a welcoming demeanor and did not smile during check‑in. The breakfast selection was disappointing, consisting only of cereal and sandwiches with no vegetarian options. Staff informed me that the full breakfast is unavailable on Friday mornings, which was not disclosed during the booking process.
