We had a great stay! We were in the dorms, the beds were comfy and had the vibe of sailboat cabins, the bathroom was clean, breakfast was great, the staff were lovely, and you could borrow a small canoe to snorkel or explore around the hotel, which was fantastic.

The view was truly beautiful and the young man working there was very helpful and kind; the host was also nice, and no one else was seen. Only one guest stayed, the rest was empty. Hygiene was poor, everything was old and broken, towels had holes, pillows had holes, pool chairs were broken, the room was extremely hot even with all doors open and the fan didn’t work; the pool floor was green and dirty. The guest left a day earlier. Breakfast was minimal, no fruit or juice, and the price‑quality ratio was off—€75 per night should bring more. For €20 per night better accommodations were available on Lombok. The beach was also dirty with a lot of plastic and leaves, and the lamp above the bed had never been cleaned—flies flew in and various things fell onto the bed.

Everything was perfect: the setting is stunning with an amazing view, and the staff are genuinely warm and attentive; they even helped us arrange a snorkeling day. It was a beautiful stay in a place that really left an impression, though we wish we could have stayed longer.
